A Master Plan
KBA collaborated with senior University staff to prepare a comprehensive plan for the future of this 146 acre waterfront campus.  A thorough analysis of existing site and building conditions, traffic and pedestrian circulation, open space and views, and environmental impact were identified and documented.  The final master plan provided the sequencing of a long-term development plan, providing the need for significant improvements, additions, and new construction to many of the campus’ facilities.

Residence Hall and Conference Center
In working with the RWU staff, we developed a 35-room, 75-bed addition to Residence Hall and Conference Center.  Renovations to the existing portions of the facility include site circulation, parking improvements, and fire safety upgrades.  A student-oriented courtyard design facilitates interaction at the improved dormitory housing facility.
