In 1996, Kaestle Boos Associates, Inc. converted the former Hall High School into the West Hartford Town Hall which entailed complete renovations of this original 1923 building. A new four-story connecting link, lobby and circulation core formed the entrance to Town Offices and a Senior Citizen’s Community Center.

In 2006, KBA designed renovations to relocate the Board of Education offices and improve efficiency of other departments.
