Kaestle Boos Associates provided complete master planning services for the 38 acre parcel bordering the Cochecho River. The completed master plan included recommendations for active recreation improvements including baseball, softball, and multi-purpose fields. In addition, parking and circulation improvements were also proposed including drainage enhancements adjacent to an environmentally sensitive region.
