Seaview Park

Seaview Park is a recently Town acquired existing 14 acre parcel of land located in Dennis, Massachusetts. Previous land uses include a 9-hole chip and putt golf course, amusements and parking areas. Kaestle Boos Associates completed a recreational master plan which discussed the development of an active and passive recreational facility on the site to service the southern area of Dennis, and is currently designing Phase I improvements. Proposed improvements include refined parking and circulation upgrades, open play field, picnic area, public gardens, two playgrounds, restroom building, defined pedestrian walking trails and natural wildflower plantings. Implemented in three phases, the proposed improvements will meet the current recreational needs of the Town.
